Positive points: They tried the best they can but overall didn't meet expectations of a 5* hotel
Negative points: Room was weirdly setup and low quality, breakfast wasn't great, location was ok for business but overall not ideal.

Review: In terms of value for money, this hotel is one of the best in the area for me personally. For a similar rate, I can have a larger room that includes ironing facilities, access to a laundry room, a swimming pool, and a great breakfast. This is my second stay in two weeks, and I will definitely return again.

Negative points: it will better if the hotel have more variety of food.
Positive points: Staff is Crazy good, they did their best to improve our staying there and tried to fix everything we didn’t like.rnThey have little motorbikes for the kids, they (and me!) loved them!
Negative points: Don’t bother spending a night in the 10th floor, it’s so noisy you wont sleep at all. They have built the whole stack of the hotels ACs above the ceiling and we had to change 2 times rooms until we moved from the 10th to the 3rd floor. rnThey will help you but you will pay for a 2 bedroom apartment and will spend the holidays in two separate rooms.rnSo avoid the 10th floor at all costs.

Review: Very nice service. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. Easy to get around. If you need or want to be in central Jakarta, this hotel is a very good choice.

Negative points: Bed is too small for double bed i think it’s 160x200 and the pillow also hard.
