Positive points: Our friend was emitted to the hospital and this location is within walking distance.

Negative points: We received the wrong room number upon arrival. We received the wrong wifi password and didn’t receive it for two days. The room was filled with the previous tenants boxes which means it hadn’t even been cleaned properly before we arrived. No towels, no toilet paper and the room was dirty. Do not let the photos fool you, it is not what it says. I was very disappointed with all of this. If you’re travelling and you are looking for a place to stay, keep looking. I will say she did offer us the room at 50% discount if we stayed another night. We did not. Get more for your money at the hotels in the area, trust me. A25 Luxury Hotel is cheaper and a huge breakfast is included. This is your jam if you’re looking for a good nights sleep.

2.0 Even Grab drivers can't find locations 4 times! - Choon 08-11-2023

Review: Bayhomes address different from apt. 4 grab drivers cannot find. 4 blocks connected but u need to drag luggage for 20m at least. P12 level 30 unit 15. No reception to check in. I message Bayhomes no reply till now. Needed fren to call to find out room details. n Room never maintained at all. Aircon in bedroom not working and remote switch in Japanese. Living room aircon leaking. Toilet only 2 think body tower. Very bad conditions. Cupboard & shoe rack doors cannot close. Den owner has the cheek to send agent and prospective tenant to view unit when I just having my dinner! Most disappointed. n

Review: The room was extremely unclean, the smell was bad with dirty refrigerator and bathroom. The staff's attitude was rude, he didn't listen to customer's feedback and not support the cleaning on time. He hung up the phone call from customer. I lost money due to urgent booking and the cancellation policy. Terrible property and not recommend at all.

1.0 Dirty bedsheet and bed - Yenpm 28-12-2022

Positive points: The apartment is spacious for 2 people, location is good with restaurants and shops. Also convenient for those going for Vinmec or Vinschool visits.

Negative points: The Apartment on 24th floor was not clean and not ready to welcome guests. Bed sheet was not changed and dirty with hair on it. When we removed the bedsheet, the mattress was also dirty. It was late in the evening so we had to flip the mattress and changed the mattress in the laundry area. nnWe knew for sure the blanket cover was not changed either and we couldn't find new blanket cover in the flat so we slept with our sweater on without blanket. nnWe have frequent visit to Hanoi and stayed in a couple of hotels/APTS and this is the worst accomodation ever. nnWe contacted the owner and he didn't reply for any possible solution.nnApart from hygiene issue, WiFi is very slow in the evening.

Review: My booking was 2 bedrooms apartment for 3 days. Rooms did not look like pictures. Pretty satisfied for the stay, however they didn't mention the second room doesn't have a door but just a curtain to cover the way. Saw a cockroach in the kitchen. The last day got a message said that we have to move due to unexpected maintenance , we moved to another apartment that is only has 1 bedroom, for me and my friend it was ok but could be a problem with other people. Overall OK

Review: The air conditioners are not strong enough to cooling the rooms. The washing machine got stuck. We can’t use the Swimming pool for free as (you have to pay 200 000 VND for each person). They only give us 1 card to enter the house, however we have 3 adults (not convenience). Parking is not free, we have to paid 10000vnd per hour daytime and 50000vnd for nigh parking.... there are so many problems that I can’t list down here. Totally disappointed.

Review: The room is comfortable enough for 1-2 guests. There was no toilet paper in the room at the time I checked in though. You will not meet the staff in person. In order to have a keycard to your room, you only need to call them (Bayhomes) in advance to know your room number, password etc. Then you'll head to the receptionist of the building to collect the keycard.
