8.0 Very close to the airport: aircon weak - Francelyn 10-06-2024

Review: We booked a room in this property to have someplace close to the airport to rest and wash up before our late-night flight. Good location and clean room with some amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shaver and soap. Kind staff. However, the aircon was so weak that the room did not really cool enough until we checked out. We had to use our portable electric fans. Sleep was impossible for the short duration of our stay. But the room rate is competitive and the attentive friendly staff are a plus.

Positive points: the location was a bit convenient close to the airport

Negative points: The rooms were very unhygienic and filled with bugs. It was very dangerous to sleep with a baby as the bugs were stuck at the back of the bed.

Review: Hotel is as expected. No complaints at all. Shower/wet room is interesting but overall no issues.

Positive points: Very close to the airport and a walk away from Dragon bridge. Perfect for staying while you wait for the flight. Staff is very courteous and helpful

Review: The best location if want to stay near the hotel, about 1 - 1.8 KM walk from the airport. Straight way to go to the train station. The room was baisc but spacious. The ventilation fans were noisy though. Good for short stays. The staff was helpful. There were various local food vendors, easy to find food.

Positive points: Great location next to the airport. Very useful for early or late flights. Room was massive and beds were comfortable.

Negative points: The bathroom is quite small

Positive points: The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well.
The price point makes it a great one to two night stay.
At night the double glazing makes it a quiet room.

Negative points: The bathroom/shower/toilet was all together in one small room.
When you showered everything got wet.
When going out of the hotel, once you remove your key from the slot, everything turns off including the aircon and the fridge. When returning, you come back to a humid, hot room and no cold drinks.
But again, for the price we could put up with this.

Positive points: Basic accommodation near the airport, staff were nice and helpful.

Positive points: Very convenient for our early morning flight the next day - reception arranged a taxi for us which was super cheap and not far at all!

Negative points: It was quite noisy but other than that, everything was great!
