Negative points: First of all the location of the hotel is pretty far from the city center as well as the old quarter. WiFi on 4th floor doesn’t work at all. nWhen we arrive we found a pad on the toilet basket (photo attached) and the shower didn’t work well.nThe hotel also work as a high turnover hotel, we saw a lot of couples going just for a couple of hours, so i do not recommend to go with children (price per hours attached).nThe hotel doesn’t accept credit card as a payment method.
Review: I booked 2 rooms with payment, but the app informed the hotel of only 1 room, so I had to rent an additional room.
Review: The lowest category room is not as dazzling as in the pictures, but it is clean enough to use. The room's TV does not connect to the Internet. The Wi-Fi in the room can be used for entertainment/work. A downside is that the bathroom has no light, and the drain does not clear quickly, so be careful when showering. nOne more thing is that this hotel is quite hidden, not sure what the issue is.
Review: The staff is enthusiastic and has a good attitude. The hotel owner is friendly and hospitable.

Negative points: Nhân viên lễ tân tự ý đưa thẻ CCCD của khách cho người khác cầm mà ko cần biết chính chủ thẻ hay không? Rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp gây ảnh hưởng đến quyền riêng tư của khách
