The staff is welcome. The room is small but it’s nice and neat. Breakfast is ok.

Positive points: Lovely welcoming staff. Great breakfast room, nice selection of food and drinks. Room was clean with a good shower. Comfy bed.
Negative points: No mirror to use in the room. The only mirror was in the bathroom but the plug wouldn't take the adaptor so had to do hair etc with no mirror. Would be easy to add a mirror to the wall about the desk area. Note the restaurant is only open for breakfast not for lunch and dinner as advertised. Lots of food places in Da Nang though so not a problem.
Review: The manager was also kind and I had good memories in Vietnam.
Positive points:
As in the pictures, very clean and comfortable bed. Air condition system was having issue. Front desk sent a person to fix it quickly.

Negative points: Need an iron and hotel does not provided.

Positive points: Fabulous staff excellent hotel well laid out breakfast good value one of the best hotels in Vietnam I've stayed in . Receptionist THU HHOAI was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is my favourite.
Negative points: The only thing was location was a bit out but didn't bother us we had bikes it's close to the train station walkable.

Review: I must confess at first I didn’t expect much for the price, I just needed a place closer to bus station for early morning catch, it turned out to be so much better than I expected. The room is clean with very functional bathroom ( real bathroom nit just a class compartment like many hotels there now), the location is closer to bus station and airport, only 12 minutes away.

Review: We booked this for one night coming back from Hoi A before we got a train the next morning. Gutted really as we could have certainly enjoyed that room and breakfast for longer, was great value for money.
Positive points: Clean. Bed is comfy.
Negative points: Ordinary. Had some issues with bathroom and staff refused to give anything for it. Boxy ordinary business hotel room.
Review: Avora Boutique Hotel (not to be mistaken for Avora Hotel) is located in central DaNang. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Han market. Lots of food shop nearby. The room is big with two double beds. Very spacious and the bathroom was clean as well. Loved our stay.
Positive points: The best! Facilities, food, and service. Highly recommended!

Was in town with family and friends and this was a good value for all of us seniors on a fixed Income budget. Room was as advertised and very close to Da Nang International airport!
Staff was very professional and hospitable.
Positive points: Extremely good value for money, paid around 120 USD for 5 nights with breakfast included and free pick up and drop off from the airport. This is as good as it comes to a boutique hotel. Great amenities, decent breakfast, amazing staff (some of the nicest and most accomodating staff I've ever seen at a boutique hotel), and perfectly sized rooms. We were vegetarian, so the staff specially prepared new dishes every day for us on top of the regular breakfast available, and I got to say, we enjoyed that even more than the actual breakfast buffet available.
Negative points: The regular breakfast buffet at the 9/F (which you have to climb 1 floor as the lift only takes you to the 8th floor) available is limited in choices and variety, but it isn't a big issue. I do wish we were given 2 key cards as it did become a bit annoying with making the room cool again as we had only 1 key to use and had to take it with us whenever we left the room to explore the city. Also, bring your own toothbrush since the toothbrush provided is quite poor in quality. Another important point is that the hotel has quite strict cleaning times and will nag you several times if you are still in the room during the cleaning hours, so recommend you plan your day such that you leave soon after breakfast so your room can get cleaned.
Review: The location was not too bad, pretty close to most things. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was not too bad, but I hhave had better. But overall, I would book again.
