Review: Good villa with semi open air bathroom. Clean pool and good air conditioning to keep it cool the room all day. Would be good if the property provide the tea towel.

Positive points: Traditional style villa. Maybe not one for the influence posers who prefer modern Canggu but very spacious, clean and lovely in the older Balinese style with outdoor bathroom and four poster bed. Staff were absolutely lovely and organised a happy birthday bed setting for husband’s birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Massage and pedi next door was incredible. nnWe’d definitely stay in this very chilled family villa again. We even made a kitten friend who came seeking treats at night. Loved our stay in Uluwatu and value for money was great.

Review: We had booked 3 nights here but ended up checking out 1 night early due to how awful a stay we had.nnWe stayed in an executive villa, number 7. The villa was very run down and the floors were very dirty, the water pressure was bad and we experienced a power cut during the day which is not their fault but all the other villas power had come back on whilst ours remained out. nnThe pool was absolutely disgusting and un-usable, it hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks. It was covered in green moss and you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. We complained to reception and they sent someone down who chucked a bit of chlorine in there which did nothing, the filters and the jets did not work. This mixed in with the lack of AC with the power cut made it very uncomfortable to be in.nnThe location is also not very good, trying to order a grab is a nightmare as not many operate around this area.nnWe stayed in cheaper places throughout our trip that were much nicer, cleaner and well maintained than this place. nnI would not stay here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. They really need to train there staff and cleaners better.

Positive points: The staff were beyond helpful- always going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Review: This villa was perfect, close to the Main Street, not far from the beach and the staff were lovely. Will be back.

Positive points: The private pool and entry way

Review: Second time to stay here. The Villa needs improvement and renovation. But all in all we had a great stay.

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also had very good wifi.

Review: While the photos look really nice, in reality this place is just a bit underwhelming. There is a lack of attention to detail (e.g. missing mosquito coils which we had to buy ourselves). While the staff were nice, they weren't overly attentive. Cleanliness was a bit hit or miss and at times the neighborhood was a bit loud. AC worked great though.

Positive points: I liked location: some mold was obvious! The units need better ventilation there was NONE. Bathroom had giant tub but no plug so unusable and one towel. Staff are wonderful and kind tho'... Kitchen was lacking: don't expect a kitchen or cooking at all. A frypan and hotplate is NOT a kitchen. No amenities. We did visit during rainy season but we can see and smell that the mold was not new.

Positive points: I liked everything especially the floating breakfast which Arda arranged for us. It was a wonderful memory.

Review: Close to GWK and kind of a center spot in South Bali so you can enjoy different spots.nExcellent rooms, especially the bathrooms. Breakfast is good. nOnly the pool seemed off. If you are trying for a place with pool, you might want to skip this. nOverall it's an excellent place to stay

Review: As soon as we came tired, check in was late, the room given to us didn’t have ac working, the pools were huge but unable to use as they were with worms, villa is spacious and nice, but maintenance is very poor! AND A MAN STAFF WALKED RIGHT INSIDE OUR VILLA in the morning, while we were still in bed!! apparently we didn’t answer when he knocked so he used his access card they completely compromised our privacy as a couple and offered mere lunch as compensation which we didn’t accept, we checked out.

Positive points: The space is amazing

Positive points: You can feed the fish at the reception, there are a lot of them and they are cool. The villa is big.
