Review: Very clean and we'll maintained homestay, with great pool & friendly staff
Positive points: It has a fairly good location if you are in a BIKE, but if you’re like most tourist this is FAR AWAY and will force you to move by taxi.
Negative points: The pillos were HARD AS ROCK. No one at the check in, i had to go ask the cleaning lady to open us our room. BADLY managed and poorly maintained. Do NOT recommend.
Review: The place is a good option if you are looking for a budget accommodation in Uluwatu. Rooms are clean and well kept, nothing fancy but also good position to move in the area if you have a scooter.
Positive points: It’s a cute Balinese Pondok .
Negative points: I paid $77 for a night at a less than basic place .nNo reception and not even a glass of water in the room.nPlastic flowers in the room , antique and outdated bathroom, roomnAnd bedding as well as pillow .nIt is obvious that the family that owns this is putting 100% of the money in their pocket and laughing all the way to the bank .nThey don’t care about the customer that is sleeping in their room otherwise they would improve the accommodation .nThe fact that Uluwatu is in high demand doesn’t make it ok to think it’s ok to over charge for a simple Pondok
Review: Simple clean air-conditioned room in a good location. Note you will need a scooter or taxi to most places though, the roads wind around a lot so 300m in a straight line is at least 4x this by road. Scooters available to rent at the property :) Bit of an issue with the water pressure while we were there, but overall a decent stay at a decent price.
Positive points: The property was great, pretty nGreat beds, great pool.
Negative points: Water pressure could be a little better, only complaint
Review: The staff here felt like family members looking after you! And the rooms were immaculately clean. The bathroom had no smells at all. If anything, the place was more beautiful in-person than in the photos! The one thing that I realized was that the area is very much a motorbiking place, so any cafe or restaurant will be a 15-20 minute walk away. Definitely enjoyed my stay!
Positive points: Very quaint and away from the busy area. Very friendly staff. Scooters available at the property. Great place.
Review: Bed was comfortable, the pool was lovely to have access to on the hot days, scooter rental was cheap and accessible. Really enjoyed staying here with the beaches just a short walk away.
Negative points: There is a free dog that barks at you at nght
Review: Had a fab room, the pool was lovely and super comfy lounge chairs!! We didn’t eat from the restaurant but the room was clean, only thing which could be improved would be the WiFi. Being in the furthest away room we struggled to get a decent signal, not a huge stress though as we sat by the pool is good enough

Review: Loved Uluwatu and Bingin Green View so much we stayed an extra day
Positive points: The staff.
Negative points: 1. No water in the shower. n2. AC did not cool the room. We literally sweated during our entire stay. n3. Extremely poor coordination by Bukit Vista staff. Very poor property management. n4. No Breakfast in the price which we paid. No water bottles which were charged additional.
Review: Staff were extremely unfriendly to the point of being rude. Felt very uncomfortable when dealing with them. Came back to our room after being out to find their key in our door, leaving it unlocked with our valuables inside. Decently far from the beach or any warungs. Property and pool are nice but would not stay again.

Review: I was so late but the owner greeted me at 3am for check-in. I loved the outdoor shower area. room was nice and Big. Good location btw Binin and Dreamland (need a bike).
Positive points: The attention was incredible, they are a beautiful Balinese family!
Review: Beautiful large rooms. Mine had an outdoor shower. Unfortunately this also meant I had lots of bugs in my room. Air con was sub par. But pool is beautiful, staff are helpful. You need to feel comfortable riding a bike as the location isn’t in walking distance to much. Food is good. Overall decent stay.
