AN House Hotel & Apartment Da Nang

Review: Had a great stay and perfect location to reach Beach by walking distance.

Positive points: It is modern, clean and spacious. It felt like a home away from home. Thankful for the staff for always attending to our requests. Amazing service.

Review: We only stayed one night but found the accommodation great. We were able to do our own laundry after visiting the beach, stock up on essentials from the nearby convenience store (there are 3 on the street) and take a short stroll to find somewhere for dinner. The room was very spacious with two bedrooms separated by a kitchen and dining area. Would be ideal for those on a longer stay who need a bit more room.

Positive points: As the description - clean, tidy and perfect for the price. 3 min walk to the beach and the coffee shop downstairs has great iced coffee! We communicated with Google translate which was super easy. The hosts were lovely in letting us keep our luggage for the day after check out before our evening flight.

Review: Checked in late at night after a flight. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was cold, bare, very unwelcoming and very noisy. On top of the fact that I requested a non smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. HEAVY smoke smell. I was supposed to stay for three nights, but checked out in the morning, after having a cold shower-no hot water! Also my “garden view” room overlooked a fire escape. Hundreds of better places in town, which are easily found.

Positive points: Excellent experience! The hotel has a beautiful, spacious atmosphere, with friendly staff and great service. The staff also offered helpful and enthusiastic advice, and the receptionist's voice was very sweet. Next time I’m on a business trip, I’ll definitely return to this hotel to relax.

Review: Love this place, quite near the beach and you can walk 3-5 minutes ( improve your health, i think so :) ) Room was nice and I slept well with bed. Everthing was fine to me and will back here next time
