Review: Ô Xã và 1 người nữa đến HN lúc hơn 23h30, taxi chở đến đúng đc đã đăng, không thấy ks đâu, chỉ thấy là 1 cty gì đó, Không biết cái ks này ở đâu và thế là phải tốn thêm tiền để tìm chỗ khác. Rất bực minh

Positive points: Location and checking process

Negative points: Dirt. The property was cleaned just before we arrived and the bathroom was all wet, so someone was there to do their job, however, we had ants walking on us all night, the bedsheets weren’t changed (at least one pillow) as it smelled of human sweat, there was terrible black mold in the bathroom and someone left their used contact lenses on the headboard.

Positive points: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I forgot the property took only cash so she worked with me on the timing to get it. They will let you store your luggage if you ask in advance! They are so wonderful. Room was nice too!

Negative points: The bathroom floors were wet when we arrived so we wish it was ready by the time we checked in. Other than that, everything was great.
