Positive points: The location was great, in a quiet street with lovely bonsai trees, close to the beach and our favourite places for breakfast - An's cafe and Nep bakery. The host family is very nice and helpful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Our kids loved the fish at the reception area. And they also got some dried jackfruit which made us all happy.

Review: Nice quiet little homestay. Room was basic but clean (also cheap so cant complain!) Staff were nice and location is only 5 min walk to beach!

One night we planbed to get Banh Mi but it was pouring rain. They went and got some for us themselves, and paid for it. It was the best Banh Mi I've ever had. They suggested us many wonderful places to eat and were so welcoming. The young lady working there was amazing and was very good at English. She was also able to call us grab taxis. The owners also know some English and are so kind. They keep it very clean, with good WiFi, a laundry service, a refrigerator and air conditioning. We felt like we were at home. It was in a great location, and the beach was only a few minutes away. I can't suggest this place highly enough! It's greally for all types of people.

Positive points: The owners were fantastic, helped us in every way that they could, from directions to arranging a tour for us! English was spoken there also, highly recommended this hotel.

Review: Excellent service, all staff members are helpful and they always have good recommendations for both food and tour! They are reliable and trustworthy, they will not lure us into paying huge sum of money for nothing special.
The room is clean and big!
Location is not bad, just 10-15 mins walking distance to My Khe Beach and urban area.
The only problem is that hot water supply is not that stable. You need to take shower earlier (ie before 10:30pm) to make sure you have enough hot water supply.
