Review: The staff exceeded our expectations!!! Even though we only had 1 night they made it special and memorable. They were so kind to let us check in early while we explored Gangnam!
Positive points: Location is great since it's in Yeoksam-Dong - close to the metro or Dosan Daero/Apgujeong, extremely convenient. The hotel always has a very nice fragrant smell as soon as you enter, staff are helpful and the facilities are very clean. There is a co-working area in the lobby, which is great.
Negative points: Rooms are a little on the small side but for a week stay, its sufficient.

Review: I stayed here for 3 nights. Very convenient with bus straight from Incheon. Perfect location with public transport subway and bus stop within 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Review: Walking distance to metro station. nfast food till late and convenient stores nearby.
Positive points: Entire facility was clean, modern and tasteful. Great service by staff and housekeeping was excellent. I had a very comfortable stay. The bed was adequately comfortable. Bathroom was small but it was nicely designed and made use of the space well. The steak i ordered for room service was satisfactory though the portion was a bit small. Gym was adequate for the price I paid and clean. Easy walk from subway station and there’s a convenience store across. LG washers and dryers in basement were really nice and you can pay with your credit card. Would def stay here again.
Negative points: Elevators were a bit slow. Only one elevator goes to the basement floors which is ok. A knob for switching shower head was a bit wonky but got used to it after few days.

Negative points: The staff did not check whether some facilities of the pool in our room were working before we checked in, and there were staffs going back and forth, in and out of our room for more than an hour to solve an issue that at the end of the day could not be solved. nAfter the whole process, we were told the staff did not check the room beforehand, and were left confused. They told us the other pool rooms were also like this when they checked, not before, but just after we made this inquiry.nWe also felt the response and follow-up of the staff were inadequate, considering it was their responsibility to check and let us know beforehand if we were going to be unable to use certain facilities of our room that we paid to stay in, knowing we’d be able to use. (We weren’t able to fully enjoy our pool during the night)nYes, the hotel was clean, other aspects of it were fine, but I am not sure if I will be going back for a vacation.
