评价： The rooms are bit old fashioned and cramped. Washroom space is not much.

优点： Good location near to the old town. Good sized room. Breakfast included.

评价： I booked a week-long stay and paid in advance, but I couldn’t continue and decided to leave without a refund to switch hotels. The room was extremely small, like a box, with no space, no window, and no proper desk for working. I couldn’t even charge my laptop. It’s a family-run business, and the mornings were noisy due to children. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

评价： Breakfast is 7-930 but if you come down 9am, the buffet trays are already empty and they dont refill it, they will just allow you to order 1 item from their menu, either pho, pancake, 2sunny side up, sandwich or omelette. Only 1 item with would not be enough for a breakfast.
If you leave the room with your electric power on like aircon, they threat to fine you VND2,000,000 because you are wasting electricity, that’s what their staff said. So when nobody is in the room, you should pull out your room card.

评价： So the word Palace is very misleading so is the type of room double suite! Location was it is superbly located close to Hanoi Train station and Turtle Tower Lake and the area is bustling with locals and traveller's. However the hotel cleanliness is fairly limited. In their own language it's " low capital hotel" where a guest complained about lizard in the room.
The key staff needs some training for handling difficult situation more appropriately and keep their calm.
Location and decent breakfast are the high points rest every thing goes downhill.

评价： The images on the website are nothing as per the actual rooms. The hotel has a small restaurant in the hotel lobby itself. The breakfast is limited with only cut fruits & cereal laid on a buffet. The washbasin in the room was cracked & the AC did not function well.

better options available in Hanoi Old Quater Area at the same price.

评价： Not at all a hotel. Zero service with no co operation from the staff. They dont even have basic manners.

Do avoid. And find a better option

优点： Good location, in a not very nice street though (hospital and lot for trash bins in front)
