评价： the place and food is ok but they did not give us back the cashback stated in the website when we booked the place.

评价： Everything is fine and professional, the staff is enthusiastic, the breakfast is delicious, the bed is comfortable and sleep is good.

优点： I read the previous comments so I was prepared. Good location and friendly staff. Room service cleaned my room really nicely! Things worked and I did not have major issues. Internet was good, and food was okay.

评价： The hotel is good as the location is very near to major tourist attractions like the Hoa Lo Prison which is just 550 Meters away from the hotel. The only setback is that some of the staff were not very friendly. The buffet Breakfast were scrumptious. The female receptionist was ok to extend our checkout time to 1PM as our flight was at 4PM.
