优点： Clean, comfortable room. Soundproof room was good. On busy street, balcony nothing special. Staff not overly welcoming or helpful. Good for overnight stay.

The room was very small, making everything feel cramped and outdated. It was acceptable for a one-night stay, but I would not choose this place again.

The Positive:
The staff was friendly, and the location in the old quarter was convenient.

1.0 WiFi doesn’t work, hot water doesn’t last long, room has no natural light and cleaner moves/throws belongings away - Charlotte 05-01-2025

优点： Good location, walking distance to everything

缺点： Would not recommend staying here. I booked the Double room and the photos are very deceiving as the room I ended up in the window (which looks surprisingly bright in images) was actually covered with an opaque film and the room was very dark without the lights on. It felt quite prison like waking up and not being able to see the sun. The WiFi also does not work at all! And the cleaner came into our room without the sign on the door, moved our belongings into drawers which were not being used and also threw away some plastic bags we had on the floor next to our wet trainers (which we were using to keep our trainers in whilst travelling to keep our other belongings dry from them). The receptionist did provide me with other plastic bags when I went down and explained the situation but it was still an inconvenience and our things should not have been thrown away. In addition the hot water for the shower does not last long and meant that only one person could have a hot shower if needing to shower at the same time before going out.

优点： Location was great and staff are nice. Had an elevator that can fit exactly 2 people without luggage

缺点： Pillows were hard. Towels had stains on some days. toilet had a smell

优点： Location was great
Wonderful to have a lift even tho we were on the first floor.
Good size room, large shower.

缺点： Some people might find it inconvenient turning on a water heater switch 5 mins before a shower but it didn't bother us.

优点： Spacious room. Good shower and facilities. Location was nice for restaurants.

缺点： Lift is quite cramped if you’re at the top floor with bags but this can’t be changed.

评价： Rooms are very spacious and there's even a small table and chair for dining. Hotel is located near western themed restaurants. Everything is good except the elevator which is very tight and only reaches up to the sixth floor. One of our family group is on the seventh floor so they had to walk down the stair with their luggages during checkout. During checkin they offered to bring our luggages up stairs. This hotel is good value for money space wise and would definitely recommend.

Location in the center and close to the main airport bus stop
Staff- late check in and leaving our baggage till our evening flight was no problem

缺点： The room was soundproofed, but from 8am we could still here buzzing street and cleaning lady
