评价： My family did enjoy our stay here. Please keep up the good work!
优点： The staff were really friendly and helpful.
缺点： My room was noisy but I was able to change it, the spa was not open due to the storm in September , however this wasn't made known at time of booking. Food was okay but not great for a 4 star hotel .
评价： Excellent staff.. good location- clean and spacious rooms.. value for money
优点： Excellent service
评价： Affordable price with good amenities and friendly staff. Should stay here guys
优点：
Good value
Swimming pool
Wonderful breakfast buffet
Clean, comfortable
Helpful staff
评价： Love the space, food and sophistication of this hotel. Rooms offered space and we'll being feeling. And the prices were for once in htls great 👍
缺点： It would be better if I had been given instructions on how to use the key card to open the door, I struggled with this and ended up having to call for help from the hotel staff.
评价： Amazing hotel and experience. Best location to explore Halong. Sunworld Park is within walking distance. Cruise pickup is also nearby
优点： Good service
缺点： There is no toilet gun
评价： The staff are super nice and pleasant to work with. The hotel staff responded quickly to our queries and took action right away. The location is good and convenient to move around Ha Long. It is highly recommended to stay here if you plan to take few days to explore Ha Long.
优点： Location is good.
缺点：
The hotel is not worth 4*, it’s very old and needs a proper refurbished.
The swimming pool and surrounded area are old, not hygienic, does not feel safe for young kids.
The room is not clean properly, full of dirt on furniture. The bathroom towels are very old.
The breakfast is very basic, average level, definitely is not worth 4* hotel.
评价： Good
优点： Good location and fairly clean
缺点： Staff unable or refused to speak any English making communication difficult which I expected better for an international hotel. Breakfast food quality poor
评价： The room design was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but I recommend going outside for other meals. The hotel is located right next to the centre area, which is great. However, the facilities were kind of old and not really eye-catching in my opinion. Still worth the price, though.
优点： The hotel view is good, straight to the sea and close to Sun park
缺点： The sound from beach bars is so loudzy at night, only off after midnight. If you look for a quiet place to stay then this hotel is not the choice
评价： 房间景观很好，面向大海，可以在房间看日出日落，早餐也很丰富
优点： Nothing.
缺点：
-everything is too old.
-window is broken.
-room is too small and not clean at all.
评价： Even though we changed location due to personal preferences, this is a nice place and the staffs were very friendly and accommodating.
优点： Easy to go, enjoy bay and place, go view
缺点： Too noise for family
