Satisfied. Nice location, close to famous restaurants. Convenient for dining and entertainment. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ

优点： nhân viên nhiệt tình

We booked two nights at Nam Dat Hotel but due to a change of plans, we asked to have the second night cancelled and refunded. The front desk worker tried his best to accommodate us and even called the hotel manager to ask what was possible, but the manager was very unwilling to listen to us. We tried to reason by getting half a refund but he didn't want to refund us at all. His reason is that by cancelling our second night, they wouldn't have any other guests. The truth is that

Khách sạn đẹp, vị trí tốt, giá cả mùa lễ phải chăng.

Staff or the receptionist should know how to speak in English

优点： phòng đẹp , sạch sẽ , tiện nghi

The location and Staff are nice. But the room is really dark and there is no breakfast in the hotel. Also it's really noisy in the evening even at 11pm when others customers coming back and talking loudly.
