评价： Good and great
优点： The view was fantastic, facility was excellent
缺点： Attitude of some staffs were unacceptable. Me and my friends look younger than actual age so some receptionists gave us a disdainful look. But some staffs were so nice and they greeted us joyfully.
评价： We had a great stay at this hotel The food the ambience the service all was v good.Thankyou
优点： the view
缺点： lights were turned off to save electricity, water pressure was minimal to save water
评价： Nice hotel!
优点： Great for Golfers
缺点： Some renovation or repair, banging sound all day long
评价： The hotel is nice, our room was clean although we arrived at the hotel after the storm in Vietnam. We could see some broken windows and glasses outside the building. The staff were polite, the breakfast buffet was delicious, there were many choices to choose from. However, hotel is located far from the beach. We could not walk along the beach. No shops or restaurants are near by the hotel. If you don’t have a car then it’s not recommend to stay here.
优点： We liked everything about this Hotel , can not get any better the this one !!!
缺点： During our stay there was a Harley Davidson Meet , very loud Event !!!
评价：
优点： The room is clean
缺点： there is no windows. Food is normal
评价： The room was comfortable and well suited a group of 4, combined with the sufficient breakfast but there are certain facilities such as iron should be added especially in a big hotel
优点： Beautiful resort with beautiful views. Spacious clean rooms and a very nice pool area. Enjoyed golf course as well.
缺点： More of a family resort with lots of little kids and the surrounding town was very quiet.
评价： Good experience
优点： Great price for value, it offers a wile variety thing to do in one location
评价： Great hotel with great staff at a great price over looking Halong bay
优点： The pool, breakfast and bed
缺点： Kid’s club opening time is too short and lack of facilities for kids. They should extend the opening hour, we supposed it open late but it was closed at 17:00. There was not many activities for children in the evening.
评价： Checked into hotel at 12:30 was escorted to rooms with dirty balcony- I mean a thick layer of dirt. I am surprised if the rooms were even inspected. Washrooms were not different- dirty water was flowing- probably the floor was blocked and open without inspection. Very bad experience.
优点： Big room. Nice bed. Nice staff.
评价： We were here 3 years ago and the place was amazing, now coming back it’s very dead and eerie, lobby was dead, hallway was creepy. Barely any guests yet somehow they still managed to give us a corner room that was so loud and constantly hearing banging and screeching.
优点： Room is very large and clean. Good view
缺点： Parking is not so convenient
