评价： Ks tiện nghi, giá phòng mùa đông hợp lý.
优点： Everything was great
评价： Good location, great facilities, clean rooms. The garden and pool are lovely
优点： The view was okay.
缺点： As a 5 star hotel, no one opened the doors and helped with luggage, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, there was no proper line or system at the front desk, and they charged me for an additional night even though I cancelled before the cancellation deadline. The front desk staff Thao and Vien have no knowledge on the rules and policies of the hotel and tried to say that they were unable to give me my money back. I had to explain to them that they were wrong and wait for them to call their supervisor, who ultimately refunded me the money that was rightfully mine. They wasted my time during the process of all this. Horrible staff and service, would not recommend stay here.
评价： Great place to stay, clean & staffs are professional & helpful
优点： The property was nice and clean. Food is good.
缺点： The staff is very polite and helpful.
评价： Depend on the season, winter its like a ghost town. So if its business trip its quick easy stay
优点： Great location and very nice services , the view from the room was amazing
评价： Good location. Room is ok
优点： Nice location.
缺点： Parking and no 24 hrs room service.
评价： Good hotel with great hospitality
优点： The best part was checking out of the ghost hotel.
缺点：
1. Some of the staff were rude, unfriendly and cold.
2. No facilities: no 24-hour menu, room service not available, sky bar not finished, gym was inadequate, and there was no pool amenities.
3. The location was miles away from anything.
评价： Great hotel, cool and clean with a beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast. Just a suggestion: the room doesn't have a bathtub, and the gym should be located with a view of the sea and have glass doors instead of being sealed off.
优点： great staffs
缺点： small room
评价： As overall, the location and view was outstanding. I love quiteness.
优点： good location, especially close to Sun World Park
缺点： No balcony
评价： If possible provide halal food
优点： Great location, very neat and clean hotel
缺点： Somehow felt like everything was on a budget right from towels, to soaps and blankets for the rooms.
评价： The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the amenities are good. The staff is friendly and welcoming. If they could add an iron for guests to use when needed, like some other hotels, it would be wonderful.
优点： Room and views very superb. Location really great
