尼亚加拉酒店 (Niagara hotel)

缺点： no restaurant.

缺点： They didn't make our room in day

缺点： Nothing. The rooms were nice. The service was great. Booking was easy.

缺点： Reception staff seems too busy that she is not friendly, we greet and smile but she doesn't smile and doesn't look at us while respond but she looks at her phone / computer. We stay for 10 nights and she only smiles once when we're checking out at the time I said thank you for assisting us to call a taxi to Incheon airport.nMaybe Korea service manner is not as friendly as other countries, I think 🤔

缺点： The staff exactly. They seemed that they don’t like to have guests, didn’t answer properly to our questions, for example: the first day we came at one p.m. (approximately) and wanted to check in, the receptionist (girl) said that check in starts at 3 p.m. It’s okey, we went to eat and came back at 2:20 p.m. We were very tired after a long flight and waited there for ten/fifteen minutes, then we asked if our room is ready, she said “yeah” and that’s all. She saw that we were at the lobby but didn’t say anything. Is it too difficult to inform us when our room was ready? I asked her about this, she didn’t say anything. One more thing: we booked a room with river view but she gave us another room on the 2nd floor. After a mini conflict and proving it through showing our booking on booking.com, she changed the room. No excuses, no any empathy for guests. And why do we have to go to reception to get iron? Everywhere hotels have their housekeeping or other staff. It’s very uncomfortable. We liked the hotel and the location, but because of the indifferent attitude of the staff, we don’t want to come back here

缺点： old facility with high price

缺点： To turn on the lights, you have to put your room card key in a slot right by the door. You need your key in there to power the lights and the toilet which is unfortunate. There are light switches for the bathroom so you can turn those lights off but not the light in the main room. To turn off the light in the main room, you have to take the room key out of the slot but that takes away all the power from the room. Would recommend to charge your phone as soon as you get to the hotel and as soon as you wake up because you cannot charge it at night.
