优点： Location good, clean, compartable
缺点： There is everthing I need
优点： Well-located, small room with basic amentities but all we needed for a short stay!
优点： Very easy check in. Good location with easy access to public transport and restaurants. Relatively large room.
缺点： The kitchen is not what I was hoping for.
优点： Good sized room. And easy check in process.
优点： It’s great for the price I paid . Washer and dryer helped as I stayed for over a week. Rooms are small but it’s great for a solo traveler. Convenient location to travel because it’s closer to subway station.
优点： Close to the station and good value.
优点： Low price. Hot water, good location, quiet upscale residential neighborhood very close to the subway station. The room was not adjacent to other rooms. So no noise from them. Accurate pictures.
缺点： The room smelled bad. The bathroom was moldy. The towels and blankets were dirty. It took three days to get replacements. Dirty floor. Sink drained into bathroom on the floor. Bathroom vent fan was broken.
优点： Nothing - truly no redeeming qualities. Perhaps the fact that they have a window, so you can open it to breathe in fresh air after inhaling the absolute disgusting stench inside.
缺点： Horrible experience, the worst I’ve had in my 10+ years of traveling. Unresponsive front desk via email and phone - they don’t bother to return any communications unless it’s to enforce their money collection policy. Lobby was unkept and poorly maintained. Location was terrible and inconvenient, perfect for if you’re trying to not be close to a train station or explore Seoul with ease. The room itself was awful, cramped, and dirty. The bedsheets seemed like they hadn’t been washed and immediately gave me a contact rash (contact dermatitis) within five minutes of sitting down with shorts on. There was a smell as if they hadn’t properly maintained or cleaned the bathrooms and allowed smokers inside. The facilities were incredibly lacking. I also saw a cockroach crawl out of the corner when I was trying to unpack my suitcases, which made me promptly change my mind about opening up anything on the floor. I’m positive that if I brought the proper testing kit, I would’ve found bed bugs or other unscrupulous guests living inside the dark corners of the room. I’d avoid this place if you were trying to not get a zoonotic communicable disease and risk an international trip to the ER for urgent care (South Korean healthcare is good, but not that good). Stay away if you want to have a semblance of a proper, professional, and practical accommodations.
优点： Is good price for short stay
缺点： The building is a bit old and smells like humid air and cigarettes
评价： Old facility with stains on the wall. No elevator, no heater. Definitely not for winter. There are cheaper but better accommodations
优点： Great price and location just outside of busy Seoul metro area.
缺点： The only thing if the room could have some cups for coffee/tea but other than that I highly recommend this place :)

Yes owner was changed.nAnd dirty.nNo contact number: Actually it was caused by Agoda’s chat system. I did get any message from the host. And Agoda’s confirmation letter doesn’t have any contact number of host or Agoda’s contact center(no direct phone numbers were provided). Hardly I could find the contact center numbers from my old transaction and waited at least 30 minutes in front of the entrance.
评价： Tôi đến đây để du lịch một mình và đây thật sự là nơi hoàn hảo cho tôi. Phòng rộng rãi có phòng tắm và toilet riêng, gần cửa hàng tiện lợi, cách trạm xe buýt và tàu điện ngầm không xa. Cũng có bếp và máy giặt, tôi đã sử dụng chúng rất tốt. Việc tự làm thủ tục nhận phòng rất dễ dàng và tôi không gặp vấn đề gì trong suốt thời gian ở đây. Chắc chắn tôi sẽ chọn nơi này lần sau. Cảm ơn!!
