8.0 Nice apartment for solo traveller. - Florence 21-04-2025

优点： Location is near to Seoul station (from Exit 15), Lotte Outlet and eateries. Convenient to travel to anywhere else from that station. Apartment is clean and comfy, has ample natural light. Owner is fast to response whenever I have questions.

缺点： The apartment has signs of wear and tear. I would prefer if the toilet can be bigger!

优点： Very close to Seoul station, which makes it easy to get anywhere, but there are better areas in Seoul.

缺点： The property was impossible to stay in, and we had to leave in the middle of our stay. Found mold in the shower when we arrived, which the owner sent someone to clean. Besides that, the shower drain was clogged since day 1 (which the owner claimed we clogged it ourselves), and the toilet (again, the owner blamed us). The heater wasn’t working properly, and the water in the shower went from scalding to freezing every other minute. The owner refused to take responsibility and refund us for the time we didn’t stay in the property.

5.0 Suggest to book elsewhere for better vibes and stay - Bronco 02-11-2024

优点： Good location

缺点： Old building. Low floor at 2nd lvl which window closed at all time due to privacy (Pls check before booking) Small toilet and small space. Some musky smell and found a pair of used sock left in the cupboard.
