Location and Accommodating Staff

Good hotel near the beach

Ok nha

Tried to double charge me for a room I already paid for. Was getting attacked by thousands of bugs in the lobby. Decided to go to another hotel.

The hotel is near the beach, clean, reasonably priced, and especially the customer service is very attentive. If I have the chance to return to Ha Long, I will definitely drop by again!
