评价： The staff provided enthusiastic support, and the view of the sea is very beautiful. I will return on my next trip to Ha Long.
优点： Comfortable room and clean. Nice view from the window.
评价：
Sitting here and enjoying a Bayview window with two balconies in
a spacious hotel room, at a reasonable price. Walk along the coastal road and enjoy all the mountain karst formations as you walk into the town market. The staff here have all been super friendly, and I wanted to hug everyone of them.
优点：
Great view from balcony, spacious room
The staff was very helpful and kind, arranging my cruise, give some advices
缺点： Noisy. There’s almost nonexistent soundproofing, as from the road and neighbours
评价： Very good location! Clean and full furnished, facilities! Very warmly welcome staff and receptionist. Price on suitable! Will come back!
优点： Location was perfect, Staff Tracy was very friendly and caring. She even helped us booking taxi from Cat bi airport to hotel and vise versa on reasonable price. Amenities are best in class. View is exceptional. Service is more than expected.
缺点： None
评价： The hotel is located right on the beach, with a beautiful position, clean, and airy. The room is a bit small, and the bathroom is small as well, but it is clean, tidy, and well arranged. If I come to Ha Long, I will continue to stay here.
优点： location
缺点： hard to communicate..just one staff know how to speak and undertstand english

评价： Ok
