评价： Ac not cool
优点： Many varieties of foods to try..rnLove the tropical fruits especially salak.
缺点： None
评价： Generally satisfactory. Room lacks a mini refrigerator to allow guests to cool drinks or food stuff like fruits for personal consumption.
优点： Located in the city centre, very closo to Centre Point Mall.
评价： Location good being in town centre and near the train station for ride to airport. Hotel room lacks a mini refrigerator as the guest can keep their drinks cold.
优点： Location is good
缺点： The staff, I know it’s not there fault it comes from management, the manager there Rudy needs to go back to hospitality training cause he knows nothing about customer service and it shows the way he trained the staff there, he was beyond rude, there are tons of places to stay for same price so do your self a favor and go there
评价： Mas resepsionisnya sangat helpful. Saya booking untuk ortu saya yang sedang berobat. Saya akan kembali lagi
优点： NOTHING this place is terrible, the worst part is the staff very very rude they all need to go back to customer service training especially the manager Mr. Rudy
缺点： Mold in my room, toilet didn’t flush, bathroom is so small you can’t even turn around in there, the staff is terribly rude, one staff member tells you one thing another staff member tells you something different, horrible hotel just because of the staff
评价： This hotel is value of money and. Located at very convenient place. Behind it have shopping mall, bar and restaurant open for 24 hours. The staff here very polite and helpful. I would recommend here gor who need to visit medan.
缺点： I was robbed and denied to get cctv information for police report.
评价： Nice place
优点： Good location. All travellers needs are just steps away. Transportation, mall, convenient stores, eateries......
缺点： Breakfast is like treasure hunt. will be great if the food station and tableware setting be more guest friendly.
评价： Near shopping malls, many eateries, shop houses, clinics , etc
优点： Decent hotel for a night in Medan. Spacious and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in city center. Breakfast was pretty good (mostly local food).
缺点： Room is a bit dated and smells like there has been smoked in. Hardly any leg room on toilet.
评价： Ok not badnnn
优点： Didn't have breakfast, but the hotel is well positioned near the station from the airport.
缺点： The bar was a bit disappointing - they couldn't mix a regular martini, although they had 'specialist' martinis.
评价： Very good
优点： Great location
缺点： NA
评价： cant beat the location. just too convenience.
优点： Location
缺点： The smell of smoke in the rooms was bad, the central air conditioner circulated smoke from other rooms and was quite strong at night
