优点： Dislike. Because lift malfunction

评价： Nice location and easy access to the mall behind the reception. In Malaysia's standards, it's probably a 4-star hotel. But not bad at allll. Clean and nice amenities.

优点： Mall just at the entrance of the hotel

评价： It is a good stay but breakfast issue is at 10am, most of the foods finished, maybe lack of staff to refill the foods ....

评价： We used to stay at here, whenever we visit Medan. nBut the towel, carpet cleanliness quite bad

优点： the room is quite spacious the receptionist is friendly and my room directly faces the view of the city of Medan

评价： Everything was nice. Big room, clean, cozy. Will stay here again if I visit Medan
