优点： Stayed here for a few nights recently and would highly recommend! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the room (deluxe) was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast is really really great.

缺点： no window, the card cannot open the door very well, I call the staff 2 times because of the door problem. when I check in they say my booking is without breakfast but actually with, after waiting for a while for them to confirm.

缺点： My room did not have a window, which wasn't too bad because the room was spacious, but I personally prefer a window.
评价： This hotel offers a generally positive experience however, improvements are needed in two key areas. The air conditioning units require attention, as the minimum temperature achievable is 22 degrees Celsius, insufficient for optimal cooling. Additionally, some of the gym equipment appears outdated and in need of replacement.
优点： Breakfast area was very crowded. rnMade us a pure vegetarian dish.
缺点： 1.The deluxe room was dark and not renovated for a long time. rn2.The bathroom had yellow stains on many areas. rn3.The front staff refused to give 2 small bottles of water for the day we checked out.

缺点： I didn't like the way your office handling my room key system..I stayed there for a week n paid in full, every 2 days I need to go to the front dest to activated my room key.

评价： Shower di bathroom saya tidak bisa tegak krn pegangannya sudah longgarnHari ke-2 bathroom tidak dibersihkan secara menyeluruh karena masih ada gumpalan rambut rontok sehabis kami keramas & tidak dibersihkannKamar saudara saya tidak direfill compliment waternya nPorter sangat lama untuk membantu membawa barang bawaan & baru ke kamar setelah saya mengurus c/o di reception (cukup sibuk karena memang di jam c/o namun tidak diinfokan hal tersebut)
优点： For the breakfast for me ...full of variety u can choose....all staff very good.... Environment calm....maybe for the next trip I can stay here again
缺点： Don't have YouTube or Netflix channel. ...only a few channel u can see ....and for room maybe hotel management must put room fragrance....
