优点： Bếp ăn đầy đủ dụng cụ nấu, bát đĩa, máy giạt, tủ lạnh, siêu thị gần nên mình thích thì nấu ăn tại phòng, view nhìn thẳng ra đài phun nước rất đẹp, bắt xe tiện lợi lại gần trung tâm, tóm lại mình rất ưng ý căn phòng này, lần sau mình tiếp tục đặt nơi này.
