优点： Comfortable beds, helpful staff, nice breakfast

评价： Loved the stay at le jardin hotel and spa, we even extended it for another day. The hotel is very well maintained, beautiful and the staff is super helpful and polite. Lynsie helped us with the recommendations for the must sees in the city and was super co-operative.

评价： The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious. The staffs are super friendly, especially Claire! She took the time to explain all the nearby attractions and even shared to us where to buy the delicious welcoming snack! We came back here after our stay in Sapa, so rest assured, you can keep your luggage here. You can easily find good food around and it's less than a 10min ride to Hoan Kiem lake. We highly recommend this hotel and will come back here if we go back to Hanoi!

评价： I stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable stay. nThey gave me early check in also. And staff is very cooperative.

优点： Beautiful place. Spacious room. Friendly staff.nnIt is just outside the old quarter which makes it quieter. And still is a very short walk from the hotel to markets :)

优点： Staff is very warm and welcoming. The front desk gave us good suggestions for sight-seeing and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had lots of both sweet and savoury options.. Took advantage of a massage at the spa and it was excellent.

评价： They have 2 location. It's across from each other. The shuttle stop us on the other one. It was nice. Great welcome drink & sweets. Very friendly & helpful staff. After they looked up our reservation, we actually placed on the one across. We booked 2 br 2 ba. Small but cozy & clean. I love the attention to detail on how they put a toilet paper in a cute bag, sandals inside a bag. Breakfast was ok. You can order ala cart or buffet. At night, the utilized the breakfast place or restaurant. It's nice presentation but taste was just OK. We arrived late, so no restaurants around that is open. Bit far from old town. Easy to get Uber though.nOverall, it was a good stay.
