优点： The house is very very beauriful!! It has all the facilities and is beautifully maintained. Only suggestion is it would be good if they can also provide laundry detergent because as tourists it is tough to find small packets easily. They can keep sachets and may keep them chargeable.

评价： Definitely recommend this to someone who wants to live outisde of old quarter not too far from it.nNo breakfast options, but you can find plenty of cafes/restaurants as walking distance.nnRooms were very spacious and AC and other fittings worked like charm. Utensils were a bit moldy but you can still use them after a thorough wash.nnWill stay again if i ever go to vietnam again

评价： The room is spacious.However,it is not same as the pictures shown on agoda.There is no balcony.Moreover,the bathtub has no hot water.The staff is very helpful.

优点： Staff were polite & courteous. The room was so big and beautifully designed. Great quality furniture, bathrooms. Truly exceeded my expectation and great value for money. Its a shame that we only stayed one night there. I would love to go back and stay again. Provided taxi pick-up for a fee from the airport. Lake view/walkway opposite the hotel. Good coffee and restaurants nearby. We stayed at Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh hotels and by long distance this hotel was the standout of our trip. Truly reflected on what was advertised.

评价： These serviced apartments were spacious and convenient for parties with large number of people. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and there were 2 full bathrooms with washer/dryer and kitchen with kitchen necessities. Overall was very happy with our stay and recommend to everyone who’d like to stay close to a lot of shops, restaurants and attractions around Ho Tay Lake.

优点： The room was not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was sticky. There was a cigarette under the vanity and bits of paper on the floor. The bathroom towels had holes in them. The living room rug was so dirty! nI love the fact that the local people are so active, but the techno music that starts at 5am for their exercise is intense.

评价： We got a 2 bedroom apartment that would fit a 6 person family , nice view nSlightly off tourist area….grt value for your money

优点： Rooms are very spacious, super comfortable beds, location is a bit far but easy to get a grab to where you need to go. Suite smelled like smoke the night we arrived, but we suspect it was coming from outside, we also found a wet rag left in the sink. One day we arrived back to our suite and a bag of garbage had been left on the kitchen counter. Loved the spaciousness, but would have appreciated a tidier suite.
