Điểm cộng: The staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful and even went out of their way to bring me birthday cake and sing Happy Birthday to me on the morning of our departure. Mahendra (who served us drinks at the bar one night) was equally exceptional. I feel our Villa represented excellent value for money. It was spotlessly clean, the beds are extremely comfortable with top quality linen, the bath was huge and the layout of the Villas is great. They are very private and quiet, and we didn't want for anything. There are even steps leading directly from the pool to the bathroom. The long Sanur beach promenade is literally around the corner, as are many bars and restaurants. Location was excellent.

Đánh giá: This was our second stay at Mahapala. We love the Villa within a resort setting aspect of this hotel. The private, large, deep pool and outdoor area are the selling points and main reason we came back. We were pleased that we we in a reroofed and refreshed Villa. It was a much better room that our last stay where maintenance issues of breaking deck and dangerous collapsing cabana lounge really let down our stay. Villa area is becoming dated but is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Pillows were replaced on request as they were huge and hard. Toiletries are lovely. Towels have been updated since our last stay and are new, soft and fluffy. Breakfast served in our Villa was a highlight and a vast improvement from our last stay. I even managed to swap and change thing between menus to make the perfect breakfast every day. We do worry about the amount of plastic wrap being used. If you want eggs, we recommend having boiled or getting them in the restaurant as the manner of transport means they won’t be hot. We stuck with the healthy voila smoothly bowls, fruit and pastries. The Balinese breakfast is excellent. The large bed is very firm but comfortable. We would have loved some normal sized coffee cups and glasses. ( we kept our juice glasses from the first breakfast to solve that problem and used the bathroom pottery tumblers for coffee) . nThe staff are outstanding! The general understanding of English is much better now and all requests were understood. The staff seem really happy to be working there.nThe location is quite good and Grab was easily accessed. The price is getting very high, I would reconsider staying there if it was over $250au per night.

Đánh giá: Paying extra for couple of hours early check in is not acceptable.nMost American chain would allow.nFor example: in holiday inn Pattaya I was early like 9 am and they allowed early check in with no extra charge, where as in Mahapala I had to pay 1 million rupiah

Điểm cộng: The location is great. The breakfast has brilliant. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The beach is 50meters away. There are numerous restaurants, cafe etc very close by. A new shopping centre is nearby too

Đánh giá: We can’t say enough about Villa Mahapala! Beautiful property, great breakfast, clean and spacious villas and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. It’s close to the beach and great restaurants but the villas are quiet and private. Highly recommend this place and we look forward to staying there next year.

Điểm cộng: Excellent property, exactly as pictured and described. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The villa was everything we had hoped for, clean, well serviced, peaceful and well located.

Điểm cộng: the villa was very private and the location was great being so close to Sindhu beach.rnthe pool and outdoor shower were great to cool down throughout the stay, and the opportunity to order from a range of breakfast options at our preferred time each day was very convenient.

Đánh giá: This was our fifth time staying here.nThe positives are the location to the beach, the comfortable bed and the fact they have finally introduced smart TVs nFor the price it is surprising they don't have water coolers in the villa.nWe also accidentally broke two glasses and on check out were charged 30 AUD which was really disappointing given the amount of times we have stayed and the fact we have spent over 10k AUD in that time.nThere was no awareness or a recognition for being a regular guest.nThe icon mall also has meant traffic on the main road after lunchtime has become a problem and will make us consider a move to central or south Sanur moving forward.nIt's a good spot for couples but lacks some basic offers that others are providing at that price point.
