Điểm cộng: The property was in a great location and although big it was easy to find our way around.

Đánh giá: We were 3 groups, the Hotel was new and with amazing facilities. Right on the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We had a late flight to catch and the staff were amazing to provide us with a villa to spend the day all free of charge. This gesture was amazing. The breakfast was great with ala-carte options and a full spread with more than what you need. Will definitely come back here.

I got immensely sick on our second last night and the hotel staff graciously helped the doctor find my room while I wished for a quick exit if it was bad news. Fortunately, two IV drips and appropriate medicine were administered right there in the hotel room.

Điểm cộng: Our suite was very comfortable, with big terrace, ample closet space, luxurious bathroom. The location of the property is great, you can walk to beach, restaurants, boutiques.

Đánh giá: Yeah, for the money I would pass. I read a lot of reviews that said the same thing but deep down I thought they were overly picky - they weren’t. The hotel could be stunning but there are just too many little issues. The rooms are beautiful, but the AC doesn’t function correctly, all of our stuff was coated from the high humidity. My passport became warped from the high humidity, all the papers they gave tore apart easily and were just wet. The grounds are okay, but they weren’t lush and were difficult for my aging parents to walk. The building had many poorly repaired cracks. There was a bunch of construction going on as well. This is all not to mention how the hotel itself was like a ghost town - no one there. Go stay at the Hyatt next door, better hang for your buck - we spent our meals there since the restaurant was closed for renovations and the food we did have at the intercontinental was truly bad.
