Kubu Indah Homestay near Sindu Beach

Positive points: Close to the beach, air conditioning, WiFi, good hot water, safe and comfortable.

Positive points: I stay there for only one night before heading to port to Nusa penida island. Staff is very friendly, room is very clean. Owner provides kettle and oven inside the room. Very near to the port as well.

Positive points: Reasonably sized room, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean, with a mini bar, and an electric kettle, and a good A/C. Bedside tables, desk, closet, everything is ready for you to unpack your bags. nThe bathroom is small but practical, with good, powerful hot water, body gel, hand soap, and shampoo provided. Nice, soft and thick towels, a freshly laundered blanket, sheets, and pillowcases. Everything here looks and smells thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and very well taken care of. nThe homestay has a kitchen that also provides a water dispenser. nThe owners are very friendly and conscientious in maintaining high standards for their property.nThe location is right in the middle of town, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, the beach is 250 meters around the corner. The homestay is in a small side alley to guarantee peace and quiet at night nWe particularly appreciated the great care the owner displayed about their homestay, as well as their thorough cleaning and their kindness. nFor a longer stay, I'd recommend the top floor rooms for a bit more natural light. The downstairs rooms face a small courtyard bordered by an artistically designed wall where guests can sit and have their meal or coffee/tea. We enjoyed the cute downstairs setting for a couple of nights.nFor those who insist on their peace and quiet: this is a small homestay also inhabited by the family. Although discreet, they do share the common grounds.nThe pictures reflect the real size and state of the room we booked.

Positive points: I got everything I need. I came with a lot of request and the staff acomodate me well. Plus the facilities is exceptional also. Wifi, water heater, refrigerator, AC, everything worked perfectly. It was such pleasent stay.

Positive points: A friendly welcome even though a late check in from a delayed flight. Handy to some good restaurants and easy enough walk to beachfront. Perfect for a couple of nights.

Review: the location if very good if you planning to stay in Sanur. Friendly owners. Very clean. nnhowever, at night and in the morning may not be quite since near the main road. In the morning there will be a wake up call from the nearest rooster.

Review: Tôi đã đến Kubu Indah Homestay và được Mama chào đón và dẫn vào phòng của tôi. Cả Mama và Wayan đều đối xử với bạn như một thành viên trong gia đình và không thể làm đủ cho bạn. Phòng rất thoải mái với tủ lạnh. Tôi rất khuyến khích nơi này cho bất cứ ai.

Review: Tôi đã ở đây 1 đêm chỉ để ở Sanur vào cuối tuần. Tôi đã đặt phòng vào phút chót và đến khá muộn vào buổi tối. Tôi được chào đón bởi Pak Wayan, con trai. Thủ tục nhận phòng rất nhanh chóng và phòng đã sẵn sàng. Phòng rất sạch sẽ, giường lớn và ga mềm. Đồ dùng vệ sinh được cung cấp (xà phòng tắm, xà phòng rửa tay, dầu gội, giấy vệ sinh). Vị trí rất tuyệt vời trên đường chính Danau Tamblingan, gần Chợ Đêm Sindhu/Sanur (nhiều món ăn), Coco Express, Circle K, một vài quán cà phê và Bãi Biển Sindhu. Bất động sản nằm trong một con hẻm chỉ cách đường vài mét, nên bạn vẫn có thể nghe thấy tiếng ồn từ đường phố khá rõ ràng từ phòng. Gia đình chủ nhà rất thân thiện và tốt bụng. Cảm ơn vì sự hiếu khách.
