Review: Had a big shock and saga for my booking but I have to assure all travellers that Aleesha’s customer service is top notch. Very reasonable and fair property owner. They solved the issue swiftly.

Positive points: Always stay at Aleesha very relaxing. Staff are amazing.

Review: Very relaxing atmosphere with a nice pool just in front of the terrace but still private atmosphere.nRequires some renovation though and you need to rent a bike outside or do a good walk to the beach.nBreakfast is simple, to order and even available in-room.nIf u don’t want to be in the middle of the action then it’s a reasonable choice.nOnline photos reflect the place.

Review: Perfect for young families. The location is a short walk to the Main Street of Sanur. Loads of restaurants nearby. The pool is great and the staff are incredibly helpful.

Positive points: We stayed in a one bedroom pool villa that was very spacious with an outside kitchen and lounge area overlooking the pool. Breakfast could be ordered to be delivered to the villa or eaten at the restaurant. Wifi was strong and consistent.

Review: Definitely wouldn't recommend this place at all, especially given the price I paid. The room and outside area has mould in so many different spots, the sheets had marks on (one of which, looked like blood) and smelt like it hadn't been changed, the room was severely neglected, the room was so u believably damp, terrible quality products in room, the room and bathroom stank, the towels were like they had had them for five years, the mirrors were so old and stained and ruined, I had a cockroach in my room, the pool had ten ton of peeling paint in it from the outside ceiling, dingy, the breakfast was absolutely shockingly appalling and such low quality as well as a million and one ants on my table. Definitely would NEVER recommend this place and it seriously needs a price change as it's daylight robbery for what you pay for

Positive points: The layout of the villa was great privacy and common area well laid out. Staff were friendly and always helpful. The menu breakfast was lovely. Pools were on the colder side but great.

Review: I reviewed before but wanted to review again as we had a second stay at the property. nWe were stuck on the Gili islands for a few extra days due to a member of our party being ill. I contacted both hotels in bali who we had booked for during these days to see if despite the no cancellation or changes policy on Agoda they could help. nAleesha went above and beyond to move my booking not only once but a second time when we then decided to leave bali early. The other hotel (a large well known one in sanur) refused to help! nAleesha didn’t have to but they did and the staff were wonderful, asking how my husband was when we finally did arrive as he was no longer accompanying us. This is a little gem in sanur, we will be back.

Positive points: The staff is excellent, especially considering what they have to work with. Location is okay. nBreakfast was fine.
