Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at Gustav Bali Homestay! The room was cozy and charming, perfectly designed to feel both intimate and relaxing. It was spotlessly clean and pleasantly cool, creating a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water.nnOne of the highlights of my stay was the discount massage offered—a perfect way to unwind. The location is fantastic, close to the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions. It was also easy to find the homestay, and the owner were warm, friendly, and always ready to help.nnI highly recommend Gustav Bali Homestay for anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and relaxing place to stay in Bali. I can’t wait to visit again!

Positive points: I think it was a very good catch. The location is perfect. It’s walkable to the beach and you are in a very good area of Sanur. The place is very simple but I was really enjoying it. The AC, the water pressure and temperature, the cleaning were great. You need to put a sign on your door if you want your room cleaned. The bed was comfortable. My husband who is 196 cm long was happy with it. The room was small but you can see how they did everything possible to make it comfortable. We even had a charger station in our room. The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. I got great massages from Ketut in the evening. We would prolongate our stay if we would be lucky with the waves at the moment.

Positive points: The location of the property is great because it’s within walking distance of shops, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants etc.nThe rooms were clean, tidy & the air conditioning was already turned on for our arrival.nThe staff were all friendly, happy & helpful.nUpstairs outside the rooms is a fully equipped open kitchen & so you can cook your own meals, if you prefer to do this.nThe entry to the property is via a short laneway up the side of a beauty salon, which offers massages, hair salon, pedicures/manicures - you have to pay for these services.nThis salon is owned by the same woman who owns/manages the property. nThere is not a formal reception/lobby & you need to enter the salon to let the staff know that you’ve arrived.nThe bed & pillows were comfortable & the shower pressure was great.nThere is a small security safe in each room for your valuables.nOur flight home was at 11pm & the staff allowed us to leave our luggage in a secure room all day & nfree-of-charge.

Review: Very Accommodating staff. It's like a home away from home. They exceeded my expectations and our stay was very comfortable. The room is just enough but you won't feel soffucated. We also ask for assistance on returning of mifi and they were so very quick on their actions. They ask give notice when they will clean your room. All you need are in the homestay as if you are in your own home, thus it gives you more than the amount you paid for.

Review: I was there only for two nights, but I would have stayed longer if the place was available. nRoom was nice and comfortable, not very big but I had all the space I needed. They also allow you to use the kitchen area outside the bedroom. nGood things: great location in the heart of Sanur and close to bars, restaurants, craft shops and beach only 10 mins away walking distance.nBed was comfynEasy to find and clean.nHot and cold showernGood value for moneynLess positive: the airco was facing the bed directly so it was a bit annoying having the air straight to me, and water pressure was a bit weird.nnA part from this everything was excellent and they also offer laundry service for a decent price.

Review: Hard to find, it's ok an alley. The sign is maybe 25cm high. If you go at night you will not find it.nRoom very small but quiet.nNice lady working there.nNo room for motorbike.

Positive points: Very nice, AC was cold and there is a stove, which was nice for making simple meals.
