Positive points: The location is good for exploring old Seoul by walking.

Review: Place is very nice and it is an apartment style. Very convenient, there is a GS25 and Korean Restaurant on the ground floor. Near subway stations, Euliji-ro 3 and Chungmu-ro and 1 station away from Myeongdong. Will surely book again.

Positive points: The facilities at the hotel were excellent — perfect for a longer stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the city. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of two subway stations, which made getting around very easy. Highly recommended for travelers planning to stay in Seoul for more than just a few days.

Review: There is a background sound like machinery echo is quite disturbing

Positive points: The place is more of an apartment than a hotel. It is fully furnished & the full-size fridge is a plus! Euljiro 3 is a 5 min walk and Chungmu-ro station is an 8 min walk. Still in Myeongdong area and about 15 min walk to the main Myeongdong shopping Street. There's a convenient store on the first floor, coffee places down the street.

Review: Loved this place, so convenient and close to bus and train

Positive points: I primarily like the location and the convenience of not having to go thru a front desk. A factor that made me decide to stay here was the washing machine.

Positive points: Easy check-in for us. It was wonderful having free pick-up from the airport. The driver was patient and respectful. The facility was adequate with the washing machine in our room. The shower stall was good. The bed is comfortable and sheets are clean and fresh. The location is near the subway stations with the convenient stores within reach.

Review: had yet another wonderful stay at this compact but highly functional studio aparthotel in central seoul -- mere steps to shopping, restaurants, and transportation. staff were responsive and kind, and all the amenities I expect from this chain were provided (coffee pods, water, laundry). the only caveat is that the building itself is not soundproof, so you will hear doors slamming and chairs scraping at midnight from fellow travelers next door. other than that, I only wish I could have stayed longer!

Positive points: Very comfortable. I liked having a kitchenette and a washer.

Review: Love the location and just 2 bus stops away from myeongdong. Same goes with the MRT station going in and out of the area. Ill definitely recommend urbanstay!

Positive points: Laundry and centrally located.

Review: The unit is nice but needs to do all by ourselves. No housekeeping, no cleaning. Do everything on your own. Very expensive without housekeeping. Far from the main street.
