Điểm cộng: Friendliest staff ever, clean, Nice pool. Highly recommended overall for the price.
Điểm trừ: Center of island is nice and quiet but not next to water. Not a huge deal. No breakfast.

Điểm cộng: The Host Abdul Aziz was super nice and friendly, he also played guitar very good. I recommend this spot to anyone wanting a chill stay in a nice spot to relax and enjoy the Island and interact with interesting people.

Điểm cộng: I loved my stay here, the hotel itself and the staff are amazing 😻 just makesure you get a room near reception if you want to the wifi to reach your room.
Điểm trừ: There was an overbooking where they asked me to leave to accomadate a new booking when I was halfway through my stay which was strange but they soon sorted, I think whoever is managing the backnOffice needs to co ordinate better with the staff - they are friendly great guys but they seem misinformed from the ops manager a lot, I also tried to book direct yesterday as a returning customer to which they told me they were fully booked even though booking,com was showing available, I didn’t want to book just incase it was a repeat of last time when they had an over booking.

Điểm cộng: The room was spacious and clean. Totally worth the price! nIt was possible to book trips, gym passes and bikes there.nAlso, the location was quite nice. It was a calm street with a massage place and laundry very close. nThe staff were absolutely lovely! A real highlight at my stay! Always helpful and friendly. :)
Điểm trừ: Payment was only in cash but there was an ATM exactly at the reception so not a huge problem.nAlso, there was no warm water which was also not a huge problem at that time considering the hot temperatures outside.
Đánh giá: Two starts in good faith, cause the staff were nice. Terrible location, horse's poo everywhere and construction site just next to it. Room without Internet, toiletries, cups, kettle. Hot water didn't quite work. Wasn't given towels at first. Payment in cash only but no receipt. Seems like a pattern in Indonesia. European prices, only standard didn't follow...
Điểm cộng: The staff were amazing. When we checked-out, we left behind some jewellery in the room by accident, and the staff arranged to have it sent to Gili Air (where we were then staying). This meant a lot to us as the jewellery had sentimental value.
Đánh giá: The location was about 20 mins walk from the harbour and located in quiet neighbourhood. Staff was all nice and accomodating. Room was a bit old and mouldy but considering the price its worth it.
Điểm cộng: Honestly not much. It was pretty cheap. Pool was okay. Off the beaten path from the busy main strip.
Điểm trừ: Room was dirty. Lots of bugs and ants. Bed was super hard. Bathroom was rough no hot water and the sink took forever to drain. Stayed for 4 nights and didn’t get new towels or anything. The bean bags outside the room were filthy. The chairs by the pool were filthy as well. Very very run down.
Đánh giá: we love it here. Great place. clean. great staff. great pool. airco is cold. no mosque nearby. food and beverages are fairly priced. best hotel we tried on Trawagan. highly recommend.
