Điểm cộng: The property has a Santorini/Mediterranean vibe, which is very unique but blends quite nicely with the stunning view from the property. We really enjoyed the food at the Olive restaurant and the beach club offers a very fun experience. Our room faces the beach and the view was extraordinary. The kids also enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

Điểm cộng: Everything. The beautiful infinity pool, the nice beach club with great music, the massive and clean rook with a stunning ocean view, and the most friendliest staff ever.

Đánh giá: Avila has provided an exceptional and very personal customer service from start till finish. From check in to providing buggy service with a private tour of the compound, everything felt so personal and exclusive. The hotel offered very peaceful ambience everywhere, with the best hotel room views in Lombok. Everything requested came fast and efficiently, like asking for recommendations on snorkeling packages, the manager will get the receptionist to come to you to share more, rather than you coming to them. The manager came personally to us after breakfast to aak for feedback as well as share some history of Lombok and the hotel. We felt like we were really treated like valued guests here. Would really recommend staying here in Avila and Senggigi area, as it is near Gili T. Would choose to stay here again!
