The Reiz Suites, ARTOTEL Curated (The Reiz Suites, ARTOTEL Curated)

评价： Nice for staying with friends and having fun

优点： I stayed at The Reiz Suites in Medan for two nights and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom, which made it feel like a home away from home. After 25 hours of travel, the bed was an absolute dream—so comfortable!rnrnThe location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the mall, and the staff, especially the security and doormen, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's only one elevator, and while some guests complained about the wait time, we didn't experience much of an issue. Plus, the chic and cozy living area downstairs makes the wait more pleasant.rnrnOne bonus is the cafe next door, which has a nice ambience, although the food could be improved.rnrnAll in all, a fantastic stay, and I'd happily recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!

评价： Beraih, nyaman, staf ramah dan membantu…

优点： The location is great.

评价： Good location but the lift is quite scary, seems like quite old as the sounds are loud and only 1 available lift for guests, have to wait for very long. Cleanliness is not really good as the linens shown very clear spots unclean

优点： Spacious room

评价： The is clean & spacious, well maintained.

评价： The room is spacious & value for money, had a good stay there.

优点： Convenient location

评价： Room was very spacious. Location is next to deli park mall. Cleanliness can b improved as we saw cockroach the moment we entered the room. Toiletries can be more comprehensive to provide cotton buds. Kitchenette does not have detergent

优点： Comfortable bed, spacious room and living room. Carpark aplenty.

评价： Great

优点： I like the space. We lived in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Dining and living room is decent. They have microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Standard utensils. Bathroom is clean. Water pressure is good.rnStepping Stone cafe is open 24 hours and has live music at night is definitely a plus.rnAir Con is working normally.

评价： The location of the hotel is great, but unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The photos on Agoda showed a kids' playground and a swimming pool, which turned out to be for residents only—not accessible to hotel guests. This was very misleading and misrepresented the hotel’s actual offerings. I booked the stay expecting to bring my child to enjoy these facilities, but we were denied access, which was a major letdown. Additionally, the building only has a single lift, leading to long queues and excessive waiting times just to get in and out. Not ideal for families or anyone with tight schedules. Would recommend clarifying facilities access before booking.

优点： The location near to podomoro deli park mall so it was convenient for getting delicious food shopping and leisure.

评价： Overall it’s an apartment-style accommodation. Swimming pool exists, but not opened for guests and no explanation nor follow ups from the reception. Passangers lift is only one, terrible queue :( Cards for lift and rooms are separated-how inconvenient. No sound-proof walls either-good luck when you have noisy neighbours. Better stay somewhere else. The rating system here seems to be rigged.
