缺点： Shower lacks pressure
评价： Good breakfast with a lot of selection
优点： The Hotel location is very close to the meeting venue I attended. Also, the hospitality of all staff is good. Well done Santika!
评价： Hotel is very clean & wonderful bfast
优点： Food
缺点： Check in snd check out process, seems really chaostic and disorganized at peak time, you should anticipate it by placing more staff, or dont allow people to negotiate price or booking room at checking counter. This is 2024 either you book online or by phone and its should be confirm before client arrive so no more negotiations at check-in,. Some people came from far away and already exhausted they need to check-in and get in to their room soon, we cant wait 30mins at check-in counter for some clients negotiating room, price etc etc
