Review: There is nothing much you can complain about the hotel. But one thing is about their early check in policy....need to pay...staff won't check for you if the key can be release like even an hour early....otherwise it's a good place to stay. Near subway and myeondong
Review: Everything is good except the railing for curtain covering the glass of the toilet should be longer in order to cover fully. Is fine for us as couples though.
Review: We are loyal Bonvoy members but this Autograph property was disappointing. The rooms are poorly designed. Double rooms have a bed in the middle of the room, light fixtures and furniture I are too large, suitable for loft apartment but not a hotel room. Black carpeting makes everything seem dingy and forlorn not chic and cool.
Positive points: The Hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Location was great too.

Review: Wonderful hotel that makes you feel like the Kings and Queens of the Joseon Dynasty. Close to palace, restaurants, and local shops. Amazing pastries in the lower lobby. All staff are very helpful for any needs, including tours.

Review: Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. Across the street from the peaceful smaller imperial palace. You can walk to Myongdong and lots of restaurants around. Entrances to subway and underground shopping network is just outside the hotel lobby doorways
Positive points: Pros: amazing location, nice hotel and clean, easy access to subway trains and Myeong DongnnCons: elevators can be slow
Review: The hotel is undergoing renovation. Although the hotel staff informed that the renovation hours starts from 8am, i was waken up by the noise from the renovation work at 7 am everyday even on weekend. its probably best to avoid this hotel before they are done with their renovation.
Positive points: Very good location, that's about all I can say. It looks very fancy in the lobby anyway but that ends there.
Negative points: Very poor value for the extremely high price in Seoul. I'm very glad I was only there one night and that my work paid for this night. The room was extremely outdated, terrible furniture, the LED lights on bed were flickering in and out and not usable, and it had the strangest lighting system I've ever seen and it took me an hour to figure out how to turn the lights OFF when I wanted to go to bed (it was on the weird old touchscreen phone, which was barely usable - they should really tell you this at reception! The reason I even found the light switch button on the phone was because I had completely given up and was trying to call for help with turning them off. You couldn't even pull plugs out of the wall to turn off the lights because they were directly wired in, most bizarre setup I've ever seen). rnrnAdditionally there was pretty nasty old carpet in the room that had crumbs and debris all over it and clearly hadn't been vacuumed as part of any cleaning before I arrived, although the bed was made. Finally it was noisy and I could readily hear people in closed rooms across the hall talking normally from the bed. The bed is just sitting there in the exact middle of the small room, with a useless strange curtain that doesn't even fully close across the entryway or serve any purpose but decorative. So you're basically sleeping about a meter from the entry doorway with nothing in between.

Review: Superb staff and location. However, the property needs to be updated. The pool, bathrooms, and rooms were from the early 2000's.
Positive points: The valets were exceptionally helpful day after day. Always a smile and a bow and eager to make sure we were well cared for as we came and went. Such a great crew!
Negative points: Lounge food prices and options.
