Review: I had a good sleep for the last couple nights. The location is not very far from center. The room and bed are very clean and they even provide some personal hygiene for us. Highly recommended and looking forward to come back in the future.
Positive points: I like that the hostel is located outside the popular district. Therefore, the area isn't too noisy. My bed was super comfortable and clean. The locker and safe cupboard was also spacious. The bathroom and the room in general was also very clean. The hosts kept changing but were helpful in whatever I needed.
Review: good
Positive points: Probably one of the best and convenient bed/storage solutions I’ve seen. There’s a cupboard with lots of shelves and a lockable section built in at the foot of the bed, plus two type lights (overhead and cupboard light), and 2 sockets. Location is 10 steps away from the street, providing some protection from the noise. Aircon was always on, keeping it nice and cool. Staff were nice and friendly. Nice shampoo/gel/conditioner. Little cute balconies where one can hang washing or have a phone call.
Negative points: Because the hostel is so very thoughtfully designed and built, the lack of cleaning/messiness of the 3-rd floor bathrooms and the kitchen downstairs was surprising. It felt like “mom is away and the children are in their own”. During my 3 nights there was no cleaning in said facilities. Or maybe the management has changed? I just really hope they improve cleanliness and tidiness, because apart from that, it’s easily in top-3 most comfortable hostels I’ve experienced. Still giving it a high rating, because I still think it was great value.

The staff doesn't really speak English but we didn't have any difficulty communicating with Google translate.
It's located in district 3 which is very convenient. Took grab everywhere. The room itself is huge and there was a really big bath tub. We got our laundry done for 20k/kilo. The reception is 24/7 which was good because our flight got delayed and we arrived at 1:30AM. Overall a lovely stay
Positive points: Very nice staff, good location for district 3 and nice private room
Negative points: Bath was a little unclean and the water had some bits floating around, and a fair few mosquitoes were getting in and couldn’t pin down why but other than that was no issues
Review: Very cute design, extremely close to Saigon Train Station. But, as mentioned by other guest reviews, hygiene and cleanliness can be improved. Surfaces are unclean, dusty, dead insects sitting for days. Staff busy on their phones - maybe they could be more attentive to tidiness. Some minor improvements would have a great effect on the wellbeing of guests.
Review: The bunk bed room is a cozy little space, and the balcony is a nice extension. The staff was very polite and helpful. Only the bathroom door didn't close, and there was little warm water. Overall the place was clean, and great value for the price.

Review: Loud noises happen at night. Couldn't sleep. Nice location, not so nice room.
Negative points: Our room was badly smelly to the point where showering was a pain, and the bathroom ventilation was broken.

Positive points: Family room was big and the aircon worked well.
Negative points:
In the online photos and past reviews the property looks really charming, we found it a little run down and the front desk people not altogether helpful or welcoming - compared to all the other places we stayed in Vietnam which were really lovely.
The location is quite far to walk to any western style restaurants and the tourist area.
Review: Good
Positive points: Very polite staff, the room smells nice, it's an old building, which gives it a soul, and downstairs they serve excellent tea.
Negative points: No soundroofing and damn roosters outside made noise all night long.
Review: however Room S1 has alot of issues. locks dont work in balcony and toilet. i have repaired it but there is still gap. AC seeps into the shower so i get cold. all in all it's just a nice place to sleep if you dont mind the mosquitos that comes in.
Positive points:
The hostel was set back from the main road which made it reasonably quiet.
The staff were friendly and the room and bathroom felt reasonably clean.
Negative points:
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding wasn’t changed after each guest! There were 4 beds in my dorm and each guest i saw only stayed one night but the bedding definitely wasn’t changed afterwards. The bedding was just refolded.
The bathroom was full of mosquitoes which the receptionist gave me bug spray for which helped. But it was the only time i got bitten in my whole 3 weeks in Vietnam.
The hostel was part of a tea rooms but there was no sign of it being a cafe, no one came in and i didn’t realise there was a kitchen for guests to use until the day i left.
It felt rather secluded and away from the action, i chose it because it looked lush and i thought being part of a cafe would make it an interesting place to stay but it was dead. Very quiet with maybe one other guest at a time!
After exploring the city i wished I’d stayed closer to the busy area where i might have met some other solo travelers.
Review: Phòng đôi trên tầng rộng rãi, có smart TV xem được netflix, tủ lạnh mini, ghế sofa. Tuy nhiên dùng nước nóng bằng năng lượng mặt trời nên nếu tắm buổi tối nước sẽ khá lạnh
Positive points: Good price - you get what you pay for I suppose
Negative points: The cleanliness was poor, the bath tub was very old and dirty and creaked when you stepped inside. The pictures online made the room look a lot nicer.
