Positive points: I really enjoyed staying here. I stayed with SR Magok when I first visited Seoul and it was nice seeing that the quality is just as good as I remember. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are super comfortable. Also, I love that the elevators and hallways always smell so nice.
Negative points: NA
Positive points: Really modern, comfortable and spacious rooms/facilities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.
Negative points: The room lighting switch was really confusing and therefore, half the time we were there we couldn’t turn the bathroom lights on. This was partially our fault but also, there are no switches in the bathroom area themselves so it’s quite hard to control and figure out how it works.
Positive points: Reliable WiFi, location (close to subway), friendly staff, big washroom
Negative points: Blinds broken, AC did not work, noisy (room facing the street)
Negative points: Breakfast was not valuable.
Review: *For facilities : Impressed with the drum washer, dryer and espresso machine at the lounge.n*For staffs at the front desk : They are always ready to help and support customers with any problem. n*For location : 15 minutes by car from the Gimpo Airport and 5 minutes walk from the subway station.

Negative points: Hotel staff, mainly at the restaurant was behave very rudely. He closed the breakfast counter 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
Positive points: We stayed in the terrace sweet and it was so fun! It was so nice having all of that room to ourselves as well as an outdoor area. The rooftop area is also stunning and it gives you a 360 view of the city. We loved our stay! :)
Negative points: I think that the room could have been a little cleaner considering that it was one of the nicest rooms in the hotel. Still a beautiful room! nI also found it super weird that this hotel charges you to use the rooftop pool. lol. (50,000 won for two people) Very strange that a hotel would charge you to use its facilities that you pay for when you pay a nightly fee. They should just raise the price of the hotel! It’s a very nice hotel!

Negative points: the room is a bit small for a family, no breakfast was included, it is far away from the main city, the elevator runs with your card key so need a spare key every time you go out
