Review: Good location. Nice lobby but room corridor is smelly. Toilets dirty. Basic also dirty after housekeeping daily. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful but they don’t look very happy.
Positive points: Everything about the hotel is wonderful and its location in the heart of the city makes it perfect for a stay.

Positive points: I love this hotel. The location is the most perfect! You can not find a better location. It's smack in the middle of the street market. The breakfast buffet is my favorite, the views from the breakfast room are stunning. They start at 7:00 a.m. which is fantastic for jet laggers. The rooms are great for the size, comfort, and amenities. The staff is always so happy to help, accommodating and sweet. This is my second time staying, two years apart. I would never stay anywhere else.
Negative points: You can't control your own room temperature. Which I did not like. One guest had called the front desk and said they were too cold so the hotel turned up the heat for the entire hotel. We were literally sweating but they wouldn't turn the temp back down. That's the one negative thing. If each room could have their own control for their comfort that would be great.

Hotel staff was very helpful with arranging a cot for us for our very young child. The hotel room size for the quadruple four single beds in a room was big. Review: Super! The best in Myeondong!
Positive points: The location of the room was very center. Right in the heart of the night market which was fun. The staff at the hotel was helpful. There are lots of dining options nearby. There are two subway stations, which are both about a five minute walk from the hotel.
Negative points: The room was extremely hot. Between 26 and 28 Celsius. You do not have the option to control the temperature in the room. We kept having to call the front desk to see if there was a way to get our room air-conditioning turned down because it was 28 Celsius around 80 Fahrenheit and was extremely hot. Sometimes they would turn it down and sometimes we were told that they could not do it. We were on the 18th floor. Additionally, the breakfast buffet seemed more like a lunch or dinner buffet, as there was not many western style breakfast options. It was mainly fish, pork, and beef and noodles.
Review: This hotel is a gem in the heart of Myeondong Seoul nnRight next to the main road, it is just beside the famous Olive Young store and near to all the eateries and restaurants

Negative points: Asked to be on a high floor with good view but wasn’t, no lounge for people who aren’t executive, paid for breakfast but asked to not on our last morning because we had to leave for the airport before it opened…they charged us and was rude when we asked for refund of that breakfast. Beds were too firm
