Positive points: We stayed for just one night in this hotel arriving late at the night and leaving in the morning, but we absolutely loved it. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the furniture a bit dated, but it was very clean and comfortable, we had a very good rest after a tiring trip. The location is very central. However the best part was the owner. We asked advice where to eat and he indicated one local restaurant. Due to the language barrier, he followed us in a motorcycle to make sure we arrived to the destination.
Negative points: We liked everything.
Positive points: The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.
Positive points: Very large room, clean, good AC, quiet. We were only here for a night (arriving late and leaving early) before starting the Hà Giang loop and it suited us perfectly. We found a very nice and cheap bún chả place (with complimentary 'happy water'...) a few minutes down the road for breakfast so it ended up being a great location for us.
Negative points: Can't think of anything.

The check-in was a bit difficult since the person doing it could not speak english with me.
Didn't have to pay at the entrance, but one hour later, the lady knocked on my door to ask me to pay. I was ready to take a shower so had the towel on me, i told her i would come down after to pay, but this didn't seem to bother her, she came in the room and wanted me to pay. Didn't appreciate that.
Review:
Convenient location: The hotel is located right in the center of Ha Giang city, near the 0km milestone and the city square, and it is within walking distance to stroll around there.
Clean and comfortable: clean, with new furniture and an elevator.
Staff: friendly and enthusiastic. My child forgot a jacket at the hotel, so I called the hotel to ask them to find it and send it back home by post.
Next time I go to Ha Giang, I will come back here.
Positive points: The property was in a good location. Cheap overnight stay.
Negative points: The tiles were very slippery in the bathroom when the floor was wet after having a shower.
Review: Room was clean and organized, beds were really soft and comfy. The staff is also helpful, they helped us book a ride to Hanoi.

The hotel has a lift which is great for people with reduced mobility.

Negative points: There was no view from the windows of the room. Just a wall at 1m distance.
