Rich Hotel Da Nang

Review: Booked this place for 1 night as I needed a place to rest in transit. Upon arriving there was no one manning the front desk. I had to wait a while before someone arrived. Upon checking-in they asked me to pay in cash despite me already being charged a non-refundable rate on Agoda. They said they would reverse the credit card charge afterwards, which they never did. I already found this quite suspicious, but I arrived late at night and was too tired to argue. The room was basic at best, very noisy street side. I can hear all the passing motor vehicles from the room. Don’t book here, there are many better options other than this hotel

Positive points: Very very very loud house music physically vibrated room. From 8 to early hours.

Review: reception not giving the room i paid for, telling me my booking is not in their system and that i have to pay in cash and cancel my booking and request refund. i show them the booking confirmation and talk for an hour to try and get a room that i already paid for, waste of time

Positive points: Nice hotel, location close to the beach and restaurants.

Review: We had to vacate the next morning, as the room stink... Filthy floor, drawers and bed sheets.... Luckily got refund as the receptionist was good person to deal with.

Positive points: Standard kind of room adequate bath, Wi-Fi good. No view in 2nd floor, peekaboo water view 5th floor

Review: Liked the space of both room and bathroom. Good big tv and shower too. Great value for money. There was 1 cockroach in the room though. It would hide and stay hidden mostly. Daily cleaning service. A work construction across the road starting 7am.

Positive points: The location was good, and the receptionist were nice when you could find her

Review: Nice location, close to beach. Got upgraded to a room with a sea view, which we really appreciated! We were also allowed to check in early, got our room at 12.

Positive points: In Da Nang, it seems like you either choose to be In the centre by the river, or alternatively by the sea.
This hotel is by the sea, one block back from the sea front. Some rooms have a sea view, between buildings.
So I think it's in a great position. Plenty of bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the sea.
The staff are really lovely. Very helpful and nice to talk to.
The rooms with seaviews are large (I can't comment on the other rooms).

Review: What impressed me the most was that the owner was very friendly, enthusiastic, and hospitable. The room was clean, fully equipped, and had a sea view. The location is only about 200m from the beach, making it very convenient to get around.

Positive points: The balcony was great and the room was very large. It's also in a great location close to the beach.
