Review: Excellent value and situated in prime location. Best and largest park of Hanoi located just 5 min walk. Wonderful area, great staff, security guard working at front door. Yummy breakfast but be mindful it is in restaurant. Very clean, safe, and nice.

Positive points: We really liked the food in the cafeteria. We were able to get the original Pho soup, which was a good start to explore Vietnam. The European food was a little bit humble.

Negative points: The condition of the room, especially of the bathroom was disappointing. Although the beds were quite comfortable, we did not enjoy the bathroom. The shower was missing a piece of construction which caused that water was all over the floor, literally we could call it a flood. nAlthough it is promised to have a non- smoking room, I believe the cleaning service must have smoked in the room, as the smell of the cigarettes was noticeable. Additionally on the windowsill, there was a jar full of cigarette’s butts. nThe butts were also in the corridor on the floor as well as sticked in the flower pots. So smoking everywhere.

Negative points: About breakfast, I didn't like that it was only until 9:00 am and the options were for lunch, not breakfast. They should improve the menú.

Positive points: Nothing to like. Just wanted to leave it right after check in but i have no choice then just stay.

Negative points: The picture is not reflecting the reality, the hotel is really more downgraded. Poor staff service as the staff actually are the owner's relatives, so they dont have service mindset (especially the helpers at the kitchen). The bathroom is horrible and without hot water. If I know the bathroom like that, I will not book the room.

Review: You have to arrange for scooter by yourself staff won't help you in anything outside the hotel.n staff is supportive inside the hotel and that is what you actually need. nnI had to walk for 1 -2 km for scooter because there was no such dealers. n

Review: The hotel was okay, 3 star. But it costed 100,000 vnd extra per day for parking lot. They should have noticed it in advance, it was an unpleasant experience.
