Positive points: Property is very clean and same as the pictures. Our flight was delayed and we came to n post midnight but it was a hassle free check in. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Property is Highly recommended.

Positive points: First of all, the check-in was smooth. The receptionist, Thui, was always smiling and informative. As we were first time in Hanoi, we asked her about where to eat and the places she recommended as great! In fact, the Pho joint which is about 6 mins walk from the apartment is pretty famous with the locals.rnThe apartment was spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping was available. Comes with washer cum dryer and the big tub of mineral water provided in the room was a bonus. So no need to buy your own mineral water. Some reviews commented that the beer garden beside the apartment was noisy. However, we didn't hear any loud noises in the night. Circle K (minimart) in the lobby was really convenient.rnAs we prefer a quieter environment as compared to the hustle and bustle of old quarters, this location is perfect for us. To go to old quarters, it is only about less than 10 mins Grab ride.

Positive points: The hotel was clean and the flat was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the Old Quarter. The area around the hotel is decent, with plenty of coffee shops nearby. Overall, it’s good value for the price paid.

Review: We have stayed several times at Atlanta, and had overall good time here. Rooms are spacious, clean & tidy enough, fully equipped. Bed & linen were not the best but ok for us. Staff & security men are quite nice. We would've recommended this hotel & come back more but...nnOnly this one time we get to hotel on our car, once checking out they asked us to pay 150k vnd, which was ridiculous as they have their own parking basement and it was listed included on the booking. Then they pleasantly informed that they're gonna waive the fee this time but will amend on OTA & charge next time. Why though? Will need to reconsider if we ever come back here again.n

Positive points: We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with housekeeping doing a great job every day. The location was perfect — right in the city, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. It also felt very safe, and I was comfortable leaving the kids in the room for short periods. Overall, a wonderful place to stay for both families and solo travelers.

Review: Spacious Apartment good for long stay. Location is good as pretty central and on a quiet street. As I was staying for 1 night, they have put me on the mezzanine floor which I can hear the lift. The room has IKEA kind of furniture and so , can be a bit soul-less.

Positive points: Amazing. Far superior to what we had expected. Beautiful, friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with balcony to enjoy people watching on the street below. Close to everything - Kiem Lake, good restaurants, shopping, cafes, pub next door and a Circle K. And quiet area in better area of Hanoi. Would highly recommend!

Review: Super Spacious, Very clean!nWe had a three bedroom apartment. We would have liked to be on higher floor but was told that 3bedroom apartments are all on Level1. No big issue. nIt was perfect for my family!

Review: The location is ok but the customer service by staff is great. They are friendly and helpful. Their recommendations to osum spa, lunch and Hoan Kiem Lake are fantastic. Transport arrangement by them is also well done.

Positive points: Location was excellent. The room had everything I needed. The air was bad so the property even provided an air purifier on request. It was also great to have a Circle K downstairs.
