Review: We are two adults, and our criteria are that the hotel must be right by the beach, facing the sea, and the price has to be reasonable. This hotel completely meets our needs. Given the price, having a sea view room that is clean (although a bit old) is very acceptable. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a lot of variety, but I'm not too picky about that, so I find it okay. Oh, the cute manager is really nice (I guess he's the manager because I see him at the reception sometimes as he seems middle-aged). When my mom and I finished checking out and were sitting in the lobby waiting for the car, but there was no fan, he came out and turned on a fan for us and even had a very friendly conversation. However, I want to suggest that the hotel lobby should have air conditioning because it gets a bit hot for guests waiting. If I come back to Da Nang, I will definitely book a room here again.
Positive points: Excellent location. Directly across from My Khe Beach and close to shopping, restaurants and night life. Staff was amazing. Excellent service.
Negative points: No complaints at all.
Review: The furniture are a bit run down, but I heard that they are building a new hotel right next to it instead of renovation. Just a few steps to the beach and other attractions.
Positive points: The beach is directly in front of the hotel. LOT of restaurants are also very close . The rooms are large with basic amenities.
Negative points: There is no restaurant and also no taxi services through the hotel.

Positive points: The location was right across from the ocean which was the highlight of the short stay. The staff was also receptive.
Negative points: A majority of the facilities were severely outdated. Our specific room’s door access to the balcony was stuck shut and we were changed to a different room. There were varying degrees of use within the room ranging from rusting window sills to unclean mirrors.
Review: The hotel is right by the beach, always facing the sea. The staff is friendly. The hotel has been built for a long time, so it's not new, but for me, being close to the beach is enough. I still rate it 5 stars.
Positive points: The staff were excellent, as is the location.

The hotel is dated.
On arrival, there were no towels in the bathroom. The window did not open to let in fresh air. The window frame was broken and the window was filthy. Trying to get wifi was an almost impossible situation. The manager used the excuse that it was always very poor due to the location of the hotel.
There was no facility to wash the feet of those coming from the beach so mud and sand were traipsed into the hotel and lifts.
There was a kettle, cups, saucers, and glasses in the room but no tea or coffee sachets were provided. I asked housekeeping but they told me that they are not provided.
The owners need to renovate the hotel.

Negative points: aircon take a long time to be cooled, water pressure quite weak. wifi weak. difficult to plug in power point. mattress very hard. breakfast run out very fast. can’t pay by credit cards.

Review: MyKhe2 is a perfect hotel for families with small children at MyKhe Beach, Danang City. It is located in front of MyKhe Beach at a reasonable price. It would be even better if the TV had smart functions for children to use. We will return to this hotel in the future.
Positive points: khách sạn ngay sát biển, giá phòng rẻ, có 2 giường 1,4m nên nhà mình có 4 người nằm rất thoải mái. bữa sáng cũng ok. với giá tiền hơn 600k/đêm thì khách sạn này rất ổn. mình đã thuê ks này lần thứ 3 rồi, lần đầu là với cty, 2 lần sau là với gia đình

Review: Great location 30m walk to the watered-down. Hotel condition is dated, metal window, doors are corrosive due to the ocean air. The balcon door to our unit couldn't be closed, it closed but big gap at the lower hinge. need a lots of upgrading. The price we paid is probably 50% to 90% less than the surrounding properties, mainly for its beach front location. So if that is a trade off for the poor building condition than I would recommend it. Otherwise you could get a decent and newer hotels a few blocks away for the same price or less.
