Review: The home is beautiful, the host is very enthusiastic, and the housekeeper is gentle and sweet. Overall, I’m really satisfied, not to mention the location is close to dining and other places, plus it's quick to get to the airport! Vote for those couples who want to go on vacation and refresh their minds (there's even a bathtub) 🤭

Positive points: It’s a very spacious and modern apartment with super high ceilings in a quieter part of Hanoi. It was good to stay here, away from hustle and bustle of the rest of the city.

Negative points: The stay was, overall, very comfortable with minor inconveniences: the water in the shower was only lukewarm until we asked the owners to fix it and we couldn’t get the projector to work.

Review: - Phòng đẹp, vị trí khá ổn. Dù không gần các địa điểm tham quan nhưng dễ bắt grab.nn- Phòng vệ sinh ở tầng 2 rất hôi, mình phát hiện là nếu bật thông gió sẽ hôi, tắt thông gió sẽ đỡ. Tuy nhiên, ko bật thông gió thì tắm xong phòng rất ẩm.nn- Khi nhận phòng, cần đặt cọc 1 triệu, tuy nhiên khi checkout xong mình có gửi stk vietcombank để chuyển vào đó nhưng bên kế toán đã chuyển nhầm sang tài khoản tpbank (tài khoản này mình không dùng hơn 10 năm nay, đã cắt thẻ, thẻ liên kết với CMND cũ (mình đổi sang căn cước rồi), tài khoản tpbank mình cũng không cung cấp, là do kế toán copy paste số điện thoại của mình và chuyển nhầm vào tk tpbank đó. Mình không còn ID/PW để đăng nhập vào tài khoản tpbank, cũng đi công tác nên không thể ra ngân hàng cần hỗ trợ. nĐây thực sự là trải nghiệm hoàn toàn khiến mình thất vọng.

Positive points: The apartment was adorable with a gorgeous view of the city. Muse was super responsive to all of our needs. Good location - quiet with a convenience store within 5 minutes of walking.

Negative points: Booking.com promised free transport from the Hanoi airport to the Muse apartment but did not provide so. I have to arrange for transportation through Muse Hanoi Apartment and pay for the cost of transport from Hanoi airport to the apartment. Bad experience with Booking.com

Review: Everything is okay, the house is fully equipped with necessary items, the bathroom is transparent, so there are curtains to pull if guests need privacy.
