Review: Chung cư còn low-tec. Khách vào phòng rồi còn yêu cầu khách chuyển phòng lúc đang tắm và phát sinh chi phí không có trong áp. Nên đi đến trực tiếp và hỏi rõ thông tin dịch vụ trước vào ở ạ

Review: Very good service and close to all places I want to visit.
Positive points: Very nice room, comfortable bed. Not too far from Tay Ho Lake where there are bars and restaurants, walkable distance. Reasonable price.

Review: I had the chance to come here for the first time and felt that the service was very good, the room was clean, but there was one small downside: when I opened the microwave, it had a sticker on it 😢.

Review: Room in great conditions. Fully furnish. Toilet also clean.
Negative points: Mình đặt phòng hộ bạn, HB đã yêu cầu mình chuyển khoản trước khi đến, mình đã thanh toán vào ngày 15/5/2024 nhưng khi bạn mình đến checkin 18/05/2024 (không có mình ở đó) thì lễ tân vẫn thu tiền bạn mình. Sau đó khi bạn mình phát hiện ra và báo lại thì đã được hoàn tiền sau 3 ngày. Tuy nhiên, mình cảm thấy như thế rất thiếu chuyên nghiệp, vì nếu đã thanh toán thì hệ thống phải lưu lại, và nếu bạn mình không hỏi mình thì cũng không phát hiện ra. Điều này phần nào khiến mình cảm thấy bớt thiện cảm hơn với dịch vụ của bên bạn.

Negative points: Nhân viên không nhiệt tình, thái độ phục vụ khó chịu khi khách muốn đặt them phòng, chăn ga có mùi khói rất khó chịu.
